Product Features
• The valve body is made from high-strength 35CrMo steel, offering reliable pressure resistance and long service life of up to 10,000 hours under standard drilling conditions.
• Fully compatible with all Chinese mud pumps and overseas mud pumps, including BOMCO, LSNOV, HONGHUA, RONGSHENG, EMSCO, Southwest, Wirth and other American models. Connection types such as union, flange, or custom threaded ends can be specified for seamless replacement in international drilling field.
• Patented technology with independent intellectual property rights, developed to eliminate long-standing dependence on expensive imported relief valves. Proven performance in China’s oilfields with over 9,000 hours of complicated field operation.
• Designed for ease of maintenance: The bonnet, spring, and internal seals can be replaced on-site without removing the valve body, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance cost.
