Liner Lock for Mud pump

The liner locking, also known as liner retainer or liner thread ring, is a precision engineered component installed in the fluid end of a mud pump. Threaded directly into the fluid module, it firmly secures the liner in place, ensuring accurate alignment with the piston and stable operation under high pressure.

This component is essential for maintaining the integrity and performance of the pump during continuous drilling operations. Its sophisticated design prevents liner movement or vibration, which could otherwise lead to premature wear or fluid leakage. This product also allows for easy removal and replacement of liners during maintenance, helping minimize downtime.

    • Quick and safe maintenance, thread‑in installation enables easy liner insertion or removal; compatible with all major Chinese mud pump models (BOMCO, LSNOV,HONGHUA/RG/RONGSHENG) and overseas pumps.
    • Simple structure for easy installation and maintenance, allowing for quick liner replacement without disassembling the entire fluid end, reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency.
