  Our products are primarily used in the oil and gas drilling industry, covering both onshore and offshore applications. We  specialize in manufacturing and supplying key components for mud pumps, Crown block, Travelling block, Drawworks, rotary table, as well as down hole tools,including valve assemblies, pistons, liners, and other fluid end expendables,sheaves,drum and input shaft, air tube clutch, and HPU.

• 3. Are your products interchangeable with OEM parts?

  Yes. All our parts are fully interchangeable with OEM components. We follow the exact OEM specifications and ensure perfect fit, function, and performance on the designated drilling equipment.

• 4. Do your products comply with API standards?

  Absolutely. All our critical components are manufactured in accordance with API 7K , API 8C and API 11D1 standards, ensuring high pressure resistance, durability, and quality.

  We implement a strict quality control system,Our products undergo rigorous quality control procedures, including:

  Incoming raw material inspection

  CNC precision machining

  Heat treatment and surface finishing

  100% pressure and dimensional testing before shipment

  MTC/MTR and pressure test reports are available upon request

  Yes. Some drilling equipment expendables and seal kits are available in a variety of materials, such as we offer 4 different rubber materials which including NBR (Nitrile),HNBR,FKM (Viton),Polyurethane,for mud pump valve inserts to meet various temperature and pressure environments of mud.

  We will recommend the most suitable option based on your application.

• 7.Do you provide after-sales support?

  Absolutely. Our team offers technical support and installation guidance as needed. We are committed to helping customers extend equipment life and reduce operational downtime.

  We also have a team at the United States to provide better after sales service.

• 8. Can you supply parts based on customer drawings or part numbers?

  Yes. We can produce parts according to OEM part numbers, customer-provided drawings, or technical specifications. Customized manufacturing is also available for specific operational needs, or based on the detailed drawings which provided by the clients.

  Yes. We have long-term clients in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and North America, and we offer full export documentation and international shipping support.

• 10. What is your typical lead time?

  For BOMCO mud pump parts and block sheaves, we maintain regular stock for fast delivery.

  For non-stock or custom items, we can typically finish production within 4 weeks, depending on specifications requirements of orders.

• 11. Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

  In general, we do not have a strict MOQ, especially for standard parts.

  However, for customized products or specially designed items, the MOQ may be required depending on the manufacturing process.

• 12. What kind of packaging do you use?

  All products are packed in strong export-grade plywood cases or steel cases, suitable for sea and air freight. Packaging is designed to prevent damage during long-distance transport and easily handling.
