The MTPM 1524mm heavy-duty sheave is designed for demanding oilfield applications, providing reliable wireline support for crown blocks, traveling blocks, and hook assemblies. Engineered from high strength forged steel and finished with precision CNC machining, this sheave maintains dimensional stability and consistent rope alignment during extended drilling operations. Its robust construction and wear-resistant surface treatment make it suitable for both onshore and harsh desert environments where high load endurance and smooth performance are critical.

This shear relief valve is a new generation product developed on the basis of our normal safety valve design. It introduces a dual shear pin mechanism that significantly extends the pressure handling capability and improves overall operational reliability. The valve body is manufactured from forged 35CrMo, ensuring high strength and durability under severe drilling conditions.

MTPM piston rod is one of the most critical components in our mud pump, responsible for transmitting the reciprocating motion of the crosshead to the piston assembly. It operates under high loads and in harsh drilling conditions, requiring precise dimensional accuracy, excellent surface hardness, and consistent mechanical strength. As a direct replacement part in high pressure pumping systems, the piston rod must withstand continuous cyclic stress,ensures long term reliability to minimize downtime on drilling rigs.

MTDSF 50 electromagnetic eddy current brake is a new type of auxiliary brake designed for both offshore and onshore drilling rigs. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, it provides wear-free braking with high torque output, long service life, and minimal maintenance requirements. By applying eddy current braking, the wear of brake blocks is significantly reduced, extending the service life of the brake drum and lowering driller workload. During tripping operations, the main brake is almost unnecessary, as braking torque can be precisely adjusted by regulating the excitation current to control drill string lowering speed. Even when the rotation speed drops to 50 rpm, the brake still delivers up to 75% of its maximum torque, ensuring reliable performance under heavy load conditions.
